We suggest having someone perform an electrical safety check if you have moved into a new home or if the property is over 15 years old. Otherwise, if you are concerned about any issues at your property we will happily come and have a look and provide options as to what is required.

This is a definite NO! Only a licensed electrician can complete electrical works at your property. Hiring a licensed electrician means your home is safe and that there is no risk to your safety or you family and friends.

The most common cause of electrical safety switches tripping are faulty household appliances. When you have a faulty appliance, it creates an electrical current leakage and therefore creates an imbalance in the circuit. The best way to try and find the issue is to start unplugging appliances connected to the circuit and see if it will reset. We can certainly carry out an electrical safety compliance certificate. In Queensland the certificate is known ‘Certificate of Testing and Compliance’ for installation work, or a ‘Certificate of Testing and Safety’ for equipment testing. This certificate provides you with peace of mind that the work has been checked and carried out by a licensed electrician.
